MR NAJARIAN, YOUR CAUSING A RUCKUS! THE LAW MUST YIELD TO PRECEDENT!

At topic is whether the unwritten policy, adopted by Lynn Township Supervisors in 1992 and continued till 2005, that allowed working supervisors and township employees whom volunteered with the local fire companies, to knowingly and willfully alter their time cards such as to show they were performing township work when in reality they were running with the local fire company.

To hell with the Sunshine Act, State Ethics Act and Second Class Township “LAW”

By way of background, Donald Christ, Station 17, was appointed supervisor in 1992 and held the office until Dec. 2005

Thus perhaps the confusion?

After all the fires were extinguished and the smoke cleared, the only action taken by Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton during the September 10, 2009 meeting will further hinder the volunteer fire companies.

Let Eck explain.

On the agenda, a policy for fire protection, the discussion turned into paying township employees whom responds with the local volunteer fire companies during working hours.

After long discussion, accusations based on rumor and not fact, some back patting and last but not least, reckless interpretation of the Second Class Township Code, (LAW!) Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton duped the volunteer fire companies into thinking they were victorious.

If one shall listen to NLVlogic’s posted audio carefully, they would realize, after all the taking points that “look good politically” were said, Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton “pulled a fast one” on the local fire company volunteers.

Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton’s “actions” speak louder then their words.

Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton’s political savvy smoothed the local lynch mob into believing their mission was accomplished, when in reality, some of the mob members hung themselves with their own rope.

Next time, leave the Aerial Truck at the station.

When all the smoke cleared and the scene secured, the only action taken by Mr. Delong and Mr. Creighton was a motion by Mr. Delong, second by Mr. Creighton and affirmed by majority vote, “ to draw up a policy regarding emergency personal, that they should be certified, they have to be certified.”

ANOTHER UNFUNDED GOVERNMENT MANDATE!!!

Don’t fault the volunteers, even the NWP reporter (no affiliation) and legislator Gary Day didn’t see this one coming.

"Volunteer" shall not be worn on a sleeve!

Its a damn shame you hide behind your little ghostly figure and cannot even put a name or face to this babbling bullshit you post on your blog! Just like the rest of the Dutch Mafia living in the nooks and crannies of this delightful haven we call northwestern Lehigh County

Well said from someone like yourself who posted as anonymous. A perfect example of someone afraid to "hide behind a ghostly figure" unable to put a "name or face behind his/her own babbling bullshit" as part "of the Dutch Mafia."

So why not set the example yourself by signing something other than "Anonymous" afraid to "put a name or face onto babbling bullshit" or are you afraid of putting your name there while accusing others of being anonymous!

WOW! That's credibility!
