The Chico Card

Oh My!

Previously we at Eckville Press opined on the "Committee to elect Michael Dietrich" campaign letter.

We agreed in part with the committee that all voters should be informed about the candidates before casting their decisive vote.

We followed up with a small homework assignment, a small task.

We further stated, ETHICS, OPEN GOVERNMENT, HONESTY, and FISCAL PRUDENCE were imperative.

Little did we know at the time of our posting, a second letter awaited in the mail box.

Who could of seen this coming?

After the first committee letter was DE BUNK here, all the committee could do was pull out the "Chico Card",

"I am a victim of a conspiracy to make me look bad",

"Its all the fault of the concerned citizens",

"Its Najarians fault",

"The voting machines wont work here its to cold",(oops that was the VIP process)

"Najarian is ripping off the voting machines"(oops again that was the auditors).

Best we quit.

In closing we feel the first letter was deceitful and an insult to the constituency.

The second letter, the pathetic cry of defeat!!!
